Day after day, we are guided by the aspiration to offer our customers from the hotel and catering industry professional service in all aspects of catering and dispensing technology. As a growth-oriented company, we see our employees as our most valuable asset.

Continuous investments in the training & further education of our employees, in technical equipment, in occupational health and safety and in company health management put this claim into practice for us and our customers. Our managers live this mission statement day by day, ensure its implementation and continuous improvement within the company.
The ISO 9001 certification, which was achieved in 2012, is both a requirement and an incentive for us and our employees to continuously offer all our services at the highest level. With the recertification to the new international standard in 2016, we have repeatedly proven our claims. In 2016, we obtained the BGHM seal of approval as an additional qualification feature.
History of origins
Oliver Bräunig, businessman, founded the sole proprietorship Bräunig already in 1989 in Berlin Kreuzberg and quickly made a name for himself in the Berlin gastronomy scene as a reliable and committed service partner.
In 1997, Thorsten Kampschäfer, a hotel businessman in the hotel industry, became partner and owner, and the sole proprietorship was transformed into Bräunig & Co. oHG. Both owners know exactly the demands of the hotel and gastronomy industry and live the service idea day by day in their company.

Our team
With our friendly and trained service technicians, we serve more than 500 customers in Berlin & Brandenburg. We stand by you informatively with advice and productively with action - this promise guarantees you both owners.
